I. Terms of Service (ToS) & EULA

Welcome to Alerith. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS) and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License Grant and Restrictions

Alerith Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

  • Use automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party program to interact with the Game.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
  • Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game currency or items outside of the official Alerith marketplace.

2. Ownership of Digital Assets

All in-game assets, including characters, items, and currency, remain the property of Alerith Studios. However, items registered on-chain represent true digital ownership to the player, subject to the EULA.

3. Conduct and Enforcement

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, cheating, and malicious conduct. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Alerith Studios.

4. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-game notice or email. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

II. Privacy Policy

Alerith Studios is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal and non-personal data.

1. Information Collected

  • Account Information: Email address and username (for login and communication).
  • Gameplay Data: Player location, server interactions, game progression, and in-game chat logs (for moderation and service improvement).
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system (for security, anti-cheat, and troubleshooting).

2. Data Usage

We use the collected data primarily to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Game service.
  • Monitor and enforce the Terms of Service and prevent cheating.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, security, and support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share non-personal or anonymized data for analytical purposes or as required by law.

4. Your Rights

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the Game and website are used in aggregate. No personal data or IP addresses are stored. No tracking cookies are set. We may use essential cookies for authentication and session management when you log in.
